American singer and songwriter Michael Bolton was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on February 26th of 1953. Originally a hard rock and heavy metal artist he mellowed his sound in the late 80's and has developed a huge following as a performer of pop rock ballads. Michael Bolton has sold more than 75 million records, recorded eight top 10 albums and two number-one singles on the Billboard charts,he has won six American Music Awards and two Grammy Awards. His "Love Songs Greatest Hits Tour" is in the UK in September and October of 2020.
