Normally General Admission means the tickets are allocated in the floor standing area, however this may vary depending on venue arrangements. Please always review the venue map on our website, or the original promoter's website, to ensure you are aware of the seating arrangements. If the venue is all-seated and no standing areas have been allocated, a general admission ticket may be located anywhere in the venue as the seller did not specify the seating allocations. If a venue seating area is general admission, or unreserved, it generally indicates that seats are unreserved – ie you can sit anywhere you want (arrive early get the best seats). Please be aware that venue layouts, and the designation of areas within a venue, can alter with the type of event ……. ie sports stadiums often use the pitch or playing areas for GA standing when hosting live music concerts.
Category 1 seats are tickets of the highest face value (face value is the price as printed on the ticket, NOT the market value). In most cases this will mean that you will have a closer view of a concert/game stage/area. The higher the Category, the further away you are likely to be from the main views of the event (Category 2, 3, 4 etc), or, in some cases, the more acute the angle of your view may be. Tickets classed by category are often event specific and do not apply to all events as venue layouts, and staging aspects can vary. My tickets are different to what I ordered. Being a secondary market there are rare occasions where we may become unable to supply the exact items that were purchased. In these cases tickets may be substituted for replacement tickets that are comparable, or better, than those originally ordered. Information regarding VAT. Better seats in the first 10 rows can be more expensive to obtain, and the difficulty we have in acquiring your tickets is reflected in the price you pay. Not at all. Ticket brokers only have a very limited amount of tickets for any concert and it does not affect availability at all. Most shows that are sold out would not even come close to having enough capacity for all fans to attend. You may see many brokers advertising many tickets for the same event, but bear in mind that the ticket network is wide and most brokers will source at least some of their tickets from other brokers.
Quite the opposite. Brokers must usually pay more than the face value to obtain their tickets. The better the seat and the more popular the event (and the rarer the ticket) the more the broker must pay to convince someone to part with their tickets
The primary factors to take into account include the cost of purchasing a ticket, the difficulty in obtaining it, the general market value of the ticket and the public demand for such a ticket/event. Once prices are established they will fluctuate regularly based on supply and demand.

Yes. As our main source of supply is the general public, we are always interested in buying any tickets you might have spare. We're sorry but there's not much we can do in this case. We do not print tickets ourselves and so we are unable to cancel your tickets and create a duplicate set. Only the original purchaser can arrange for duplicates to be created, and as our tickets have often changed hands 5 or 6 times, this is regrettably never an option. We urge that customers take good care of their tickets and make sure they keep them safe, as we are unable to replace them under any circumstances. Please be aware that direct sunlight and moisture can damage some tickets. Please treat your tickets like cash!
Like all commodities our ticket prices fluctuate with supply and demand, and if the market is flooded with tickets for a particular event then the price will naturally drop, whilst a surge in demand will see prices increase. The ticket market is very similar to the stock market, and, as such, when prices go down, you cannot sell your stock back to the broker at the price you originally paid for it. However in most cases the prices for tickets will rise rather than fall as the event date approaches.
Sorry, all sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund your order once you have paid for it. The client should note that the right to cancel or "cooling off period" provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.
No, please don't worry, we didn't send you incorrect tickets. We buy our tickets from many sources, and the name printed on the ticket will be that of the original purchaser. This may be a person, a company, a coach package trip organiser or a promoter, or something else entirely. The name printed is for reference only and is not expected to reflect that of the ticket holder - you won't have any problems getting into the event. As we don't print our own tickets we are unable to print your name onto them.
The price printed on the ticket is the "face value". This is the original price charged by the venue box office – the basic price. We charge more than face value because we obtain the tickets we sell in many ways, all of which incur costs. To obtain premium or first 10 rows seats for you, we must pay over face value ourselves. We must pay ticket holders a premium for their seats so they are willing to sell them for certain concerts. Better seats can be more expensive to obtain, and the difficulty we have in obtaining your tickets is reflected in the price you pay.
If the event your concert is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date and you will have exactly the same seats. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, or there is no rescheduled date, we can only refund the face value of the ticket, as stated in our terms and conditions. We are sorry about this, but because we are brokers some of our tickets have changed hands 5 or 6 times before they reach us. It may be possible for us to assist in the resale of your tickets – contact us. We buy from other brokers, companies, resellers, agencies, eBay, auction sites, and the general public (some of whom queued up all night to get the first 10 row tickets) and do not receive or give refunds!. We do not get the price that we paid back for our tickets, only the face value. This is consistent across the board for all ticket brokers.

All web bookings can be cancelled before reaching the confirmation of payment screen by simply clicking the “cancel” button. If you wish to cancel after the booking has been completed, you will then need to contact us directly either by phone or email. Our products and services are provided within the UK and as such are therefore liable to value added tax (VAT), charged at the time of the booking at the prevailing rate. The onus on the processing of VAT refunds, where they are eligible, is on the person making the booking.

A pre-event guide is sent to capture guest’s names in advance of each booking made. The more accurate the details provided to us are, the better the meet and greet experience will develop. The best places to meet guests are within your booked facility, where our hostesses will provide escort upon arrival.

There are no minimum numbers, although certain facilities will impose minimum numbers for private tables. The maximum number is generally dependent on the event and availability, but we regularly cater for very large parties at varied event types.
We will generally send out packages approximately one to two weeks before the start of an event. In some cases actual tickets will be distributed at the events or functions themselves due to value and possible problems with security.
Yes, but subject to our Terms and Conditions and availability, your booking can be altered. We always do our best to accommodate changes.
The price indicated is the price to be paid. We will charge extra for additional items such as seat cushions, parking facilities and any other extras that may be requested on top of the specified package. You will be notified of the costs of any of these extras at the time of your request.
The events team will send out a reminder email six weeks prior to the event, which includes a request for dietary and special requirements. No. Parking is not included within our packages. However, subject to availability, it is possible to purchase parking as an additional extra to your booked package.
